If for any reason you need to return your cufflinks you can do this by filling out the Returns Form below and stating your reasons within 7 days of initial receipt. You will then have a further 7 days to ensure the goods are returned to us. Your refund will be processed when the items have been received and checked.
The cost of returning cufflinks will be the responsibility of the purchaser, except if the product is faulty.
Our cufflinks are not suitable for engraving; any engraving will void the returns policy
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
We cannot accept liability for any items lost in the post.
